General Terms & conditions

1. Terms of use

This page states the "Terms of Use" under which you the user or subscriber may use Jumbojob.in, an online web-portal built to connect employers with potential candidates and vice versa. The sole basic purpose of Jumbojob.in is to provide employment opportunities.

These Terms of Use include the Privacy Statement which is incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference. By using Jumbojob.in, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Please read this page carefully prior to usage of any of our services. If you do not accept the Terms of Use stated herein, do not use the Web Site and its services. Jumbojob.in may revise these Terms of Use at any time by updating this post. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms of Use, because they are binding on you.

Users who violate these Terms may have their access and use of the jumbojob.in suspended or terminated, at jumbojob.in’s discretion.

2. Defined Terms

Following are the terminologies and references with may be used throughout the website and Jumbojob.in does not support violation of any personal, political or religious sentiments in any case by usage of these terms.

  • "User" or "You" means any person who accesses or avails this site of the Company for the purpose of hosting, publishing, sharing, transacting, displaying or uploading information or views and includes other persons jointly participating in using the site of the Company.

  • "Date of Commencement: Is the date indicating the acceptance of the application by the user of the service. It shall be specified by the company in its notice to the user either through e-mail or conventional mail.

  • "Date of Termination": Is the date of expiry mentioned in the notice or/and the letter of termination.

  • "Product Catalogue": Contains time to time information and description of the Services provided by the Company either in writing or contained in the website Jumbojob.in.

  • "Registration Data": Is the database of all the particulars and information supplied by the User on initial application and subscription, including but without limiting to the User's name, telephone number, mailing address, account and email address.

  • Words referring to masculine include the feminine and the singular include the plural and vice versa as the context admits or requires; and Words importing persons includes individuals, bodies corporate and unincorporated.

  • "Services": Means the Services to be provided by the Company to the User of Jumbojob.in and shall include the provision of following facilities:

    • Service to the User wishing to post resume or curriculum vitae for the purpose of seeking employment.

    • Service to the user who wishes to place a print advertisement in any publication/periodical.

3. Use of Jumbojob.in content:

Jumbojob.in authorizes the users with subject to these Terms, to view and access the content available on or from Jumbojob.in (as defined below) and to download and/or print content solely for Your personal, non-commercial use. The contents such as text, graphics, images, video, information, logos, software and other data are protected under copyright, trademark and other laws and is the property of Jumbojob.in or its licensors. Unauthorized use of the website content may violate these laws and/or applicable communications regulations and statutes, and is strictly prohibited. You must preserve all copyright, trademarks, service mark and other proprietary notices. You may not sell or modify the data or reproduce, display, publicly perform, distribute, or otherwise use in any way for any public or commercial purpose, in connection with products or services that are not those of Jumbojob.in in any other manner that is likely to cause confusion among consumers or that otherwise infringes Jumbojob.in.

You may not use any of the content on any other Website or in a networked computer environment. You shall not copy or adapt the HTML code that the Company creates or the pages making up the Website which is also protected by the Company's copyright. Unless explicitly stated herein, nothing in these Terms shall be construed as conferring any license to intellectual property rights, whether by estoppel, implication or otherwise. This license is revocable at any time without notice and with or without cause.

4. Commencement of Service

The Service shall be deemed to have commenced on the Date of Commencement.

5. The obligation of User/Subscriber:

The accuracy of the Registration Data given to the Company on the initial application for the Service shall be the sole responsibility of the User.

The User confirms that he has obtained all certificates, permits, authority and credentials which are necessary for posting, uploading or applying a job listing on the company's website. He indemnifies and agrees to keep the company indemnified against all demands, claims and damages which may arise out of the said job posting.

The User will ensure compliance with all notices or instructions given by the Company from time to time to enable the use of the Service. The User understands and agrees that User is responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes and for all costs that are incurred in using the Jumbojob.in service.

The User shall be solely responsible for all information retrieved, stored and transmitted through the Service by him. The User understands and agrees that he shall at all times comply with the requirements of Information Technology Act 2000 as well as all rules, regulations, guidelines, by laws and notifications made there under.

The User hereby expressly agrees that the Company has performed and complied with the requirements of Information Technology Act 2000 as well as all rules, regulations, guidelines, bye laws and notifications made thereunder.

The User shall keep confidential and not disclose to any person the User's password and user identification and all activities and transmission performed by the User through his user identification.

The User shall immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of the User's account or any other breach of security known to the User.

The User shall promptly make the payment to the Company towards the Subscription Fees as and when it becomes payable.

The User shall be responsible for the set-up or configuration of his equipment for accessing any Service.

For SMS services, User's mobile phone number will be used during the transmission of text messages through the mobile service provider's server.

User agrees that SMS or its contents once sent for availing SMS services shall be treated as final and the same cannot be withdrawn, changed or retrieved subsequently under any circumstances.

SMS service is subject to guidelines/directions issued by Telecom Regulatory Authority of India or any other statutory authority from time to time.

By using various SMS based services, User agrees to receive phone calls, messages etc. from Jumbojob.in and/or its associates tailored to provide with better job opportunities.

User agrees to allow Jumbojob.in and employers/recruiters registered online or associated with it to get in touch with him/her from time to time on events, offers, information and promotions regarding jobs and ancillary services through landline, mobile or any other means.

User agrees that in the event he does not want recruiters/employers to send SMS alerts, he can opt out of the facility by changing his settings in edit personal profile section.

Jumbojob.in in its sole discretion shall reserve the right to edit, modify and alter the content. User agrees that such content placed with Jumbojob.in shall be reflected after 48 hours. The user further agrees to the stipulated 48 hours processing

The User will indemnify Company for any action or claim committed/made by any third party resulting from any information posted on the site by the user or/and anybody else on his/her behalf.

6. Confidentiality & Security

  • To protect the secrecy of his user Identification and/or password the User shall take all such measures as may be necessary (including but without limiting to changing his password from time to time) and shall not reveal the same to any other individual(s).

  • Since user identification is necessary to access the Service; the User shall use only his own user Identification.

  • It is agreed by the User that he acquires no rights to any mailbox number or/and the user identification or/and circuit reference or/and any codes assigned to him by the Company. The User further agrees that except as otherwise proved herein, the Company reserves the right to change or/and re-assign the same to the User at its sole discretion without being liable to the User for any kind of damages or/and relief or/and any other consequence/s.

  • In the event of theft or/and loss of user identification or/and password or/and security word, the User shall notify the Company immediately by telephone or/and personally concurrently provide the Company with a written notice to that effect. The User shall remain liable for use of the Services by any third party until such theft or loss is notified to the Company.

  • The password and username being made available to the customer shall be used only by the organisation named by the customer and the employee of the organisation. The User shall take all necessary precautions to prevent unauthorised access or/and leakage of a username or/and password being provided by the Company to him.

  • The user shall not use any software to automatically download or/and extract either a complete or/and partial resume from Jumbojob.in database without prior consent from Jumbojob.in in writing.

7. Prohibited Actions and Activities:

  • User is restrained from allowing any person other than the authorised person(s) to use the Service

  • The User undertakes not to resell or assign his/her rights or obligations and identification under this Terms & Conditions. The user also agrees not to make any unauthorised commercial use of the Service.

  • The User shall use the Service only for the purpose for which it is subscribed.

  • The user is prohibited from uploading multiple resumes of the same User/Individual using same or different accounts. Company reserves the right to remove any or all such resumes without further notice.

  • The User shall not share the Service with any person without the prior written approval of the Company.

  • The User shall not use the Service for any unlawful purpose including without limitation criminal purposes.

  • The Service shall not be used to send or receive any message, which is offensive on moral, religious, racial or political grounds or of an abusive, indecent, obscene, defamatory or menacing nature.

  • The User shall be prohibited in persistently sending messages or make postings on Jumbojob.in to any other User or third party who access Jumbojob.in without reasonable cause or for causing any threat or/and harassment or/and annoyance or/and anxiety or/and any other inconvenience whatsoever caused to any person.

  • The User shall not infringe on any intellectual property rights of any person or/and retain information in any computer system or otherwise with an intention to do so.

  • The User shall give out to the company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable (through multiple tiers) right to exercise all copyright and publicity rights, in any existing or future media, known or unknown, over the material or User Data displayed in your listings. For the purpose of this Agreement, "User Data" shall mean all information (if any) submitted by the User to Jumbojob.in with the exception of trading data, credit card numbers, checking account numbers, etc. "Individually Identifiable User Data" shall mean that subset of "User Data" which can be reasonably used to identify a specific individual such as their name, address, phone number, etc. The User Data shall be deemed to be the property of Jumbojob.in. The User shall take all reasonable efforts to ensure that it is accurate and complete and not misleading in any way.

  • User agrees not make use of anyone else's Information other than as necessary to complete any Jumbojob.in transactions in which he is involved.

  • The User shall not violate, or attempt to violate the security of Jumbojob.in and/or any websites linked to Jumbojob.in or gain unauthorized access any information regarded as private by other Users or persons, including but without limitation to accessing data and information not intended for them or logging into a server or account which the User is not authorized to access, attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or attempting to breach security or authentication.

Prohibited Activities

You agree that You shall not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information on the Site, that

  • belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right to;

  • is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;

  • harm minors in any way;

  • infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;

  • violates any law for the time being in force;

  • deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;

  • impersonate another person

  • contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;

  • threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation.

  • The user is hereby prohibited from charging any fee from the candidates whose data is available on Jumbojob.in for processing job application of such person.

  • The Jumbojob.in strongly opposes SPAM, which floods the Internet with unwanted and unsolicited email and deteriorates the performance and availability of the Jumbojob.in service. All forms of SPAM, or any other activities that have the effect of facilitating SPAM, are strictly prohibited.

  • Jumbojob.in also prohibits the use of another Internet service to send or post SPAM to drive visitors to your site hosted on or through Jumbojob.in systems, whether or not the messages were originated by you, under your direction, or by or under the direction of a related or unrelated third party.

In the case of non-compliance of the foregoing, the access of such users to the site shall be immediately terminated.

In the event that the User breaches any of the above-mentioned covenants, the Company shall have the right to delete any material relating to the violations without prior notice to the User. The Company shall issue a warning to the User to discontinue any activity which leads to the said violations and in the event the User continues with such prohibited activity, the Company reserves the unilateral right to suspend or/and deactivate the User's access to Jumbojob.in the Service and/or any other related facility and to forfeit any amounts paid by him. In addition to the right to indemnity available to the Company, the Company shall have the right to any legal remedy, against the User to recover the loss suffered by the Company and the harm caused to the reputation of the Company, due to such violation by the User.

8. Termination of users who infringe the copyrights or other intellectual property rights

Jumbojob.in respect the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users, account holders and content partners to do the same.

The unauthorized reproduction, copying, distribution, modification, public display or public performance of copyrighted works constitutes infringement of the copyright owner’s rights. As a condition to your use of Jumbojob.in, You agree not to use Jumbojob.in to infringe the intellectual property rights of others in any way. We will terminate the accounts of any Jumbojob.in account holders, and block access of any Users who are repeat infringement of the copyrights, or other intellectual property rights, of others. We reserve the right to take these actions at any time, in our sole discretion, with or without notice, and without any liability to the account holder who is terminated or to the User whose access is blocked.

9. Liabilities:

Jumbojob.in does not screen or censor the listings, including Profiles offered. Jumbojob.in is not involved in the actual transaction between employers and candidates. As a result, is not responsible for User Content, the quality, safety or legality of the jobs or resumes posted, the truth or accuracy of the listings, the ability of employers to offer job opportunities to candidates or the ability of candidates to fill job openings and Jumbojob.in makes no representations about any jobs, resumes or User Content on Jumbojob.in.

While Jumbojob.in reserves the right in its sole discretion to remove User Content, job postings, resumes or other material from time to time, Jumbojob.in does not assume any obligation to do so and to the extent permitted by law, disclaims any liability for failing to take any such action.

In addition, please note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretences. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom You come in contact through the website. By its very nature other people’s information may be offensive, harmful or inaccurate, and in some cases will be mislabelled or deceptively labelled. We expect that You will use caution and common sense when using Jumbojob.in

Because User authentication on the Internet is difficult, Jumbojob.in cannot and does not confirm that each User is who they claim to be. Because we do not and cannot be involved in User-to-User dealings or control the behaviour of participants on our website, in the event that You have a dispute with one or more Users, You release Jumbojob.in (and our agents and employees) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential and direct and indirect) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes to the fullest extent permitted by law.

The content on Jumbojob.in may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. We make no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or timeliness. The use of Jumbojob.in is at Your own risk. Changes are periodically made on Jumbojob.in and may be made at any time. We cannot guarantee and does not promise any specific results from use of the website. No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by a User from Jumbojob.in shall create any warranty not expressly stated herein.

Jumbojob.in encourages You to keep a back-up copy of any of Your User Content. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jumbojob.in be liable for the deletion, loss, or unauthorized modification of any User Content.

If You believe that something on the Site violates these Terms, please contact our designated agent set forth above.

If notified of any content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, Jumbojob.in may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to remove or request the removal of the content. jumbojob.in has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or non-performance of such activities.

Limitation of Liability

User agrees that neither Jumbojob.in nor any of its providers of information shall be liable for any direct or/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special or/and consequential or/and exemplary damages, resulting from the use or/and the inability to use the service or/and for cost of procurement of substitute goods or/and services or resulting from any goods or/and data or/and information or/and services purchased or/and obtained or/and messages received or/and transactions entered into through or/and from the service or/and resulting from unauthorized access to or/and alteration of user's transmissions or/and data or/and arising from any other matter relating to the service, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits or/and use or/and data or other intangible, even if Jumbojob.in has been advised of the possibility of such damages. User further agrees that Jumbojob.in shall not be liable for any damages arising from interruption, suspension or termination of service, including but not limited to director/and indirect or/and incidental or/and special consequential or/and exemplary damages, whether such interruption or/and suspension or/and termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent. User agrees that Jumbojob.in shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall Jumbojob.in 's total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Jumbojob.in, if any, that is related to the cause of action.

Jumbojob.in takes no responsibility/liability whatsoever for shortage or non-fulfilment of the service/s on Jumbojob.in or any other related site due to or arising out of technical failure or/and malfunctioning or/and otherwise and the User hereby undertakes that in such situation/s, the User shall not claim any right/damages/ relief, etc. against the Company for "Deficiency of service" under The Consumer Protection Act or any other Act/Rules, etc.

10. Maintenance

The Company may at its sole discretion and without assigning any reason whatsoever at any time deactivate or/and suspend the User's access to Jumbojob.in and/or the Services (as the case may be) without notice to carry out system maintenance or/and upgrading or/and testing or/and repairs or/and other related work. Without prejudice to any other provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall not be liable for any loss or/and damage or/and costs or/and expense that the User may suffer or incur, and no fees or/and charges payable by the User to the Company shall be deducted or refunded or rebated, as a result of such deactivation or/and suspension.

11. Suspension/ Discontinuation or Modification of Services

If any monies payable by the User to the Company are not paid on the due date, the Company may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies that may be available to it suspend the Service provided to the User.

When the Service subscribed for is suspended for any reason whatsoever the User shall continue to be liable for all charges and fee notwithstanding such suspension.

Upon subsequent payment by the User of such monies as demanded by the Company, the Company may at its discretion and subject to such terms as it deems proper, reconnect the Service.

The Company reserves the unilateral right to add to /and/or change and/or delete and/or end or prematurely withdraw its Service or any part thereof at any time with or without notice to the User for any reason including on account of business exigencies and/or regulatory or statutory changes.

There shall be no liability on behalf of the Company to the User or any third party in case the Company exercises its unilateral right to modify or discontinue the Service.

12. Waiver of claims & indemnity provision

The failure of Jumbojob.in to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms & Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

You hereby waive all claims against Jumbojob.in and indemnify its directors, employees, authorized representatives and agents from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), costs and expenses including but not limited to litigation costs and attorneys' fees of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way whatsoever concerned with Jumbojob.in and also arising out of your violation of any term of these Additional Terms of Use; your violation of any third party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or any claim of video content submission causing damage to a third party. This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Additional Terms of Use and your use of the Jumbojob.in

13. Violation of terms

If Jumbojob.in, in its sole discretion, determines that a violation of the Terms & Conditions has occurred, Jumbojob.in may pursue any of its legal remedies, including but not limited to the immediate deletion of any offending material from its site or/and cancellation of User's account and/or the exclusion of any person(s) who may have violated any Terms & Conditions. Jumbojob.in could also pursue violators with claims that they have violated various criminal and/or civil law provisions as applicable under the relevant Acts/Rules. Jumbojob.in will cooperate with any investigation by any Central or/and State or/and local body or/and any court or/and tribunal having the competence to carry out the same. Such cooperation may be without notice to the User. If Jumbojob.in believes in its sole discretion that any advertisement or/and services may create liability for Jumbojob.in, Jumbojob.in may take any actions that it believes are prudent or necessary to minimise or/and eliminate its potential liability, including but not limited to, the release of User information. In sum, Jumbojob.in reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, or/and to remove any listings or/and any advertisements for any reason, and without notice.

14. Governing laws and jurisdictions

  • It is clarified that there is no agency or/and partnership or/and joint venture or/and employee-employer or/and the franchiser-franchisee relationship between Jumbojob.in and any User of the Service.

  • The User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the Terms & Conditions must be filed within 30 days after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

  • Services of Jumbojob.in are available only to those individuals/organisations that can form legally binding contracts enforceable under applicable law.

  • All information of whatsoever nature received from the user is in good faith and is bona-fide. The information is believed to be true/ correct and complies with the laws of the land.

This Agreement and any dispute or matter arising from the incidental use of Jumbojob.in are governed by the laws of India and the User and the Company hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India without regard to its conflict of law provisions. User and Jumbojob.in agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Gujarat.

15. Grievance Redressal

Any complaints or concerns with regards to content or to report any abuse of laws or breach of these terms may be taken up with the designated grievance redressal department as mentioned below via post or by sending an email.

We request you to please provide the following information in your complaint: -

(a) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner for the purposes of the complaint

(b) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

(c) Identification of the material on our website that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity.

(d) The address, telephone number or e-mail address of the complaining party

(e) A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.

(f) A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice of copyright infringement is accurate, and that the complaining party is authorised to act on behalf of the owner of the right that is allegedly infringed.

Job-seeker terms

1. Eligibility

You hereby represent and warrant to the Company that you are 18 years old or above and are capable of entering, performing and adhering to these Terms and that you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. While individuals under the age of 18 may utilise the Service of the site, they shall do so only with the involvement & guidance of their parents and/or legal guardians, under such Parent/Legal guardian's registered account.

2. Use of Information/Data provided

The User hereby agrees and irrevocably authorises that Jumbojob.in has the right to:

  • Make the user's Resume available for viewing by paying clients of the Company, who may contact the same through any available mode.

  • Use for the company's own purpose, any data or/and information supplied by the User in connection with this Agreement, and/or pass on such information to any other associated companies or selected third parties.

  • Retain all data or/and information supplied by the User while using the Service to remain at Jumbojob.in for the exclusive use of Jumbojob.in in accordance with a service agreement with the user, notwithstanding any termination of the Agreement or suspension of the Service to the User herein. Anything contrary to the above, unless specifically put down in writing, following the termination or suspension of the Service to the User, all such data and information shall remain the Company's property, records and databases as the exclusive property of the Company, for all times to come.

  • Either by itself or through its' associated business partners, employers, or recruiters registered online or associated with it to contact him/her from time to time on events, offers, information and promotions regarding jobs and other value added and ancillary services through landline, mobile or any other means of communications to the mobile number entered by the User, irrespective of whether the same is on the Do Not Call (DNC) list or National customer Preference Register (NCPR) or any other such database. User acknowledges that any communication through landline, mobile or any other means from the company or its' associated business partners/employers/recruiters shall not be treated as an unsolicited communication.

3. User content originality

Any Profile You submit must be accurate and describe You, as an individual person. The Profile requires standard fields to be completed and you may not include in these fields any telephone numbers, street addresses, email addresses or other means of contacting You, other than Your last name and URLs.

You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the form, content and accuracy of any resume or material contained therein placed by You on Jumbojob.in

Jumbojob.in reserves the right to remove any untruthful or fraudulent details provided by any individual on Jumbojob.in without any notice or actions. Jumbojob.in also reserves the right to suspend or block users suspicious for uploading malicious or spam content; also providing data indicating any moral, religious, racial, hateful, pornographic and/or sexually explicit content will be removed immediately and may result in user termination.

Employer Terms

1. Job posting terms

A Job post may not post:

  • More than 5 open jobs in parallel; Jumbojob.in allows employers to post strictly 5 open job posts at a time.

  • any hyperlinks, other than those specifically authorized by Jumbojob.in;

  • misleading, unreadable, or "hidden" keywords, repeated keywords or keywords that are irrelevant to the job opportunity being presented, as determined in Jumbojob.in’s reasonable discretion;

  • the names, logos or trademarks of unaffiliated companies other than those of your customer save where expressly agreed by Jumbojob.in;

  • the names of colleges, cities, states, towns or countries that are unrelated to the post;

  • more than one job or job description, more than one location, or more than one job category, unless the product so allows;

  • inaccurate, false, or misleading information;

You may not use Your jumbojob.in job posting to:

  • Post jobs in a manner that does not comply with applicable local, national and international laws, including but not limited to laws relating to labour and employment, equal employment opportunity and employment eligibility requirements, data privacy, data access and use, and intellectual property;

  • post jobs that require citizenship of any particular country or lawful permanent residence in a country as a condition of employment, unless otherwise required in order to comply with law, regulations, executive order, or federal, state or local government contract;

  • post jobs that include any screening requirement or criterion in connection with a job posting where such requirement or criterion is not an actual and legal requirement of the posted job;

  • post jobs or other advertisements for competitors of jumbojob.in or post jobs or other content that contains links to any site competitive with jumbojob.in;

  • sell, promote or advertise products or services;

  • post any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship, multi-level marketing opportunity, or sales representative agency arrangement;

  • post any business opportunity that requires an upfront or periodic payment or requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents;

  • post any business opportunity that pays commission only unless the posting clearly states that the available job pays commission only and clearly describes the product or service that the job seeker would be selling;

2. Payment policies:

When Subscription Fee accrues it shall be paid/ payable at or within such time as stated in the invoice(s) raised by the Company on the User.

Cashback offers are available to all parties’/user despite of any commitment by Jumbojob.in for its regularity.

Transaction charge/Internet handling fees amount is excluded to be counted in cashback facility. Maximum cashback is defined by Jumbojob.in while making payment and it is subject change/update without any prior notification.

The Subscription Fees shall be paid by the User on demand. In case the user disputes the same for any reason whatsoever, he shall make the payment towards the Subscription Fees accrued subject to the decision of the Company on the dispute. In the event of Company deciding the dispute in User's favour, the Company shall refund to the User any excess amount paid by the User without any interest.

In the case of any delay in the payment by the User of any sums due under this Agreement, the Company shall have the right to charge interest on the outstanding amount from the date the payment became due up to the date of final payment by the User at the rate of 24 % p.a.

3. Infringement of jobseekers’ confidentiality

Jumbojob.in allows the employers to access jobseekers’ Jumbojob.in database with regards of the Terms and Conditions mentioned above; but the employer in no scenario is allowed to use the information in any way other than their employment purposes.

Infringement of the confidentiality of other users of Jumbojob.in will be considered a legal offence and the intruder might be subject to legal actions and/or permanent termination from Jumbojob.in without any legal or informal notice. No refund shall be provided in such case.

4. Fraudulent/suspicious activities

If Jumbojob.in is acknowledged about the suspicious or fraudulent activities of any user, Jumbojob.in reserves the rights to take legal actions against the intruder as well as permanently ban the intruder from the website and any services provided by Jumbojob.in

The intruder is subject to penalties and punishments as per legal authorities’ decisions in favour of Jumbojob.in
